Powder metallurgy method suitable for small and complicated shapes

Sintered alnico magnets are alnico magnets produced by powder metallurgy, and are suitable for manufacturing small and complicated magnets, which was difficult with conventional cast alnico magnets that require a sprue.

Features of sintered alnico magnets

  1. Suitable for mass production of small and complicated magnets.
  2. Greater mechanical strength than cast alnico.
  3. The magnetic characteristics of both Br and Hc are about 95% of cast alnico and about 90% of BHmax, and there is little variation.
