strong magnetic sheet
Ferrite magnet sheet
A rubber magnet sheet is a sheet made by mixing magnet powder with rubber.
Generally, magnet sheets using ferrite magnetic powder are often sold, and there are two types of ferrite magnet sheets, isotropic and anisotropic.
Since it uses ferrite magnetic powder, it has excellent corrosion resistance, and in recent years it has been increasingly used in baths and kitchens. Both are available in raw roll and flat size, as well as with adhesive.
About isotropic / anisotropy of magnet sheet
There is a difference in adsorption power and price between isotropic magnetic sheets and anisotropic magnetic sheets!
In general, anisotropic magnet sheets tend to be stronger in terms of adsorption power, and isotropic magnet sheets tend to be cheaper in terms of price.
* Please note that the suction force is affected by friction and the condition of the suction surface in addition to the magnetic force.
Features of our magnet sheet
Normally, the magnetizing pattern of the magnet sheet is single-sided multi-pole, but we also accept requests for thickness-direction magnetization and double-sided multi-pole magnetization.
